Since MindMail does not store your data, we cannot guarantee recovery of lost information, including emails or drafts. Gmail data is managed solely by Google.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Services.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company, its officers, employees, and partners from any third-party claims or damages arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

In case of discrepancies between English and translated versions, the English version shall prevail.
